About Xue Min

Xue Min is an Educational Psychologist with over 7 years of experience supporting children in their learning, behaviour, and emotional development.

She specialises in helping children build the skills behind learning—including attention, emotional regulation, social understanding, and independence—so they can function more confidently in school and daily life.

Her Approach

Xue Min believes that meaningful progress happens when we go beyond surface behaviours and understand the why behind a child’s challenges. Her work focuses on:

  • Building strong foundations before academic demands

  • Supporting emotional regulation through co-regulation

  • Creating consistent strategies across home and school

  • Guiding children from 1:1 support to group and classroom settings

Her intervention plans are practical, structured, and designed to help children apply what they learn in real-life environments—not just during sessions.

Working with Families & Schools

Xue Min works closely with both parents and educators to ensure children receive consistent, supportive guidance across settings. She provides:

  • Individualised intervention and learning support

  • Parent guidance and coaching

  • School collaboration and classroom strategies

Her goal is to help children not only improve, but to thrive with confidence, independence, and resilience.

Areas of expertise: early intervention, clinical screenings and assessments, parenting and child-focused workshops and trainings
